Authors are invited to submit work on issues related to, but not limited by, the following list of topics:

· Algorithms for path selection
· New ideas, new mathematical theories, novel concepts for QoS routing
· Hierarchical QoS routing: intra- and inter-domain routing architectures
· QoS routing in optical networks
· QoS routing dynamics (topology update rules, load balancing)
· Robustness, reliability, and scalability of QoS routing
· QoS routing in muli-hop wireless, mobile, and ad-hoc networks
· Multicast QoS routing

Papers and Submissions

Paper submission is managed by the EDAS system. If you do not have an EDAS account, please create one first. To submit a paper to WQoSR'04, please first register your paper with the EDAS system. Please indicate the appropriate "Topics Keywords" drawn from the CFP when registering your paper. Upon successful registration, you will receive instructions for uploading your paper to the system.

Papers are solicited as full papers (in English), of no more than 10 single-spaced pages, each of which will be subject to a full review process. Submissions should already follow the author guidelines specified at Information for LNCS Authors below and must include: title, authors, affiliations, 100-word abstract, and a list of at most five keywords. The corresponding author should be identified clearly, including name, position, mailing address, telephone and fax numbers, and e-mail address. An electronic, PDF-based submission of papers is mandatory.

The conference proceedings are being published as hard-copy and electronically by Springer Verlag, Heidelberg, Germany, in the Lecture Notes in Computer Science Series and will be available during the event.
